Owner Sam Schoeller has spent his entire working life perfecting his trades, including as a qualified carpenter. Over the past 14 years, Sam has worked on multiple projects including the construction of prestigious five-star villas on Hamilton Island, relocatable and factory built homes, managing and training teams of carpenters and special projects, renovations and custom builds and commercial projects including McDonalds and Kmart.
Sam holds Certificates 1, 2 & 3 in Construction, Vehicle Loading, Elevated Work Platform, Forklift and Dogging Licenses and a OH&S White Card.
Sam is best known for his honest and hardworking nature and his experience in managing small residential builds and teams on larger commercial builds.
